Changing the Paradigm The Paradigm that is needed to make the shift is one that takes the courage to be our own unique selves-without the masks. In order to break out of this fear-based prison it is necessary on an individual basis  to reclaim our power that we gave up in order "make it" in this world; to look beyond self-interest to act from a place which acknowledges the principle that an injury to One is an injury to all All  to have the intent that whatever action is taken is for the highest and the best. to rise above the frequency of fear   Unfinished Business: Life seems to present us with similar situations if we do not resolve issues when presented to us the first time. Usually the conditions presented at another time and place are a lot harder to overcome; such is the case with the present world situation.   There is now a window of opportunity before a "Brave New World" is fully entrenched. Tough love is in order. Wisdom dictates that we pay heed to the lessons learned in Germany before and during World War II because history is threatening to repeat itself. This window of opportunity to break free from the pattern of fear and to live the lives we desire to live may not present itself again for a long time . This work must be done on an individual basis so that if and when a person is presented with a situation with which he/she cannot live, each will have the courage to "without surrender....Speak (our) truth quietly and clearly" and say enough is enough. The solution rests with us; Each One taking a stand; speaking, walking, and living his or her truth. We as individuals are the bottom line. We know where we stand on an individual basis. If anyone lets us down it will be ourselves. Each is called upon to make a choice to take personal responsibility for his/her own situation. Each one of us can make a difference, can do something, in our own sphere of influence.,,,, the cumulative effect in a country and in the world can tip the balance as to what kind of world our children will inherit. We are made of the Right Stuff and we can do it.
